The West Coast and Great Lakes markets have seen the most volatility lately, with Great Lakes area prices falling quite low only to bounce right back up. I get the question "have prices peaked?" I'd like to think they have, but as...

With the flow of oil to China, spikes should not be an issue as the price at the well head has been constant for years.

STOP EXPORTING OUR OIL NOW, OR AT LEAST GIVE US COMPENSATION FOR SENDING OUR NATURAL RESOURSES OVERSEAS. WE WANT TO BE ENERGY INDEPENDENT, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE ALL TALK.

IF congress gets off their hands and really closes the speculation loophole, things would likely level out.

We have a new standard for "lower" prices, all within the $3-plus range. It is doubtful we will ever see anything in the $2 range again. We are paying the prices refiners decide to charge and they know we will keep paying them. Ripping people off is the name of the game in corporate-owned America.

There is no volatility when ya'all can fill up at Newt's corner station anytime for $2.50 per gallon. I heard on Fox News that vouchers for gas will be given out at the GOP convention.

The gas prices go up a lot, come down a little, etc... They will go up as much as they can, before the taxpayer yells.
