I have awarded you the missed points and will have your consecutive days updated shortly. Thank you for your patience.
As you may know, if you miss a day of points earning of any kind, your consecutive days count will start over. However, we understand that there are sometimes uncontrollable problems that may lead to a missed day. That is why, if someone contacts us within a day or two of missing a single day, we will be able to give them the points and update the count, as though the day were never missed.
While we'd like to be as accommodating as possible, this does kind of defeat the purpose of consecutive days, so we've limited this to two times.
