The signs near the schools clearly state no cell phone usage, but people are still utilizing them while driving. If you're stopped at a red light and want to check or send a quick text; I don't have a problem with that.

Like the smoking parent that says don't smoke. Lead by example Mom, Dad.

You may go ahead and text if you get a $25.00 fine. If you get a $500.00 fine and your car is impounded the word will get out in a hurry.
